Serena Cossu is an experienced events professional with a 15-year history of working in the corporate sector. She has worked for a variety of companies, including Kuoni Destination Management, European Tourism Association, Cvent, and the European Commission, where she ran multi-million-dollar projects. She has organised events in Europe and worldwide, with a focus on complex B2B conferences.
Throughout her career, Serena has gained deep knowledge of what makes an event successful, and she knows that careful selection of the right venue is the key element. Serena is Italian and settled in London in 2008 after completing her master’s degree in travel services management. Previously, she lived in Barcelona as part of her academic studies. She is a mum of two young boys, and when not busy organising events, she likes to travel with her family and visit her hometown of Cagliari, Sardinia, to soak up the sun.
