Lucrezia Zoin joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. Lucrezia is based in Marseille, south of France. She speaks fluent French, English, Italian, and Spanish. Raised in an Italian restaurants owner’s family, she was born with a huge sense of welcoming. She loves cooking and hosting friends and family, which is why she naturally chose the hospitality industry for her professional career.
Lucrezia spent 13 successful years in this industry, working in roles from receptionist to sales manager. She managed events for more than 11 years, and she developed many skills in negotiation, customer care, sales, events planning, and marketing. Managing her own business was one of her goals in life, so after having her child, she decided to join HelmsBriscoe. Being a mother gives her very strong motivation because she wants her child to be proud of her. Lucrezia is dynamic, efficient, and most of all, extremely customer care orientated.
