Based out of beautiful Playa del Carmen, Mexico, Carlos Sierra joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. He provides support and assistance for meetings and programs, always seeking the best conditions and fostering lasting relationships with his clients. He has more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry working with a variety of brands, including IHG, Wyndham, and Hilton in customer service, sales, revenue management, and property management.
Carlos is a multilingual (Spanish, English, and French) professional who holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Business Administration from Universidad Externado de Colombia, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Hotel Operations Management from Hotel Institute Montreux in Switzerland. He has extensive hospitality and destination knowledge, having previously lived in Switzerland, Dominican Republic, and Colombia. He looks forward to serving as a great resource and support to his clients who have events taking place all over the world.
